    Vincent, a board-certified ophthalmologist in practice for over 30 years. Founder of Quality Eye Care, P.C. Veteran of U.S. Air Force (major). He completed his education at the University of Michigan, Wayne State University, and the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in NYC.

    Vincent is CEO and a board member of  Electronic Eyewear Solutions.

    Ken is  VP of business incubation services at SNBL USA, and venture partner at Vision incubate, Kanazawa University fund.  30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry through roles at Astellas Pharma and Santen Pharmaceutical.

    Ken is the Chief Business Officer of Electronic Eyewear Solutions.

    Ryan’s passion and specialty is working with entrepreneurs and growth-oriented companies, with over 20 years experience in finance and corporate strategy across a variety of industries.  He holds a CPA and a bachelor's degree  in accounting from Michigan State University as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan.

    Ryan serves as CFO of Electronic Eyewear Solutions.

    Ronald, founder of Bergman Porretta Eye Center, is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He completed his training at the University of Michigan and Sinai Hospital in Detroit.

    Ronald is Medical Director and board member of Electronic Eyewear Solutions.

    Peter Francis, M.D., Ph.D.

    Peter is CSO and CMO of Ray Therapeutics, is an experienced biotechnology executive and an ophthalmologist clinician-scientist with expertise in ophthalmic genetics and retinal disease.

    He has almost two decades of working in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries where he has led several gene therapy products from discovery through clinical development. Previously, he served as CMO of RetroSense Therapeutics and CMO and CSO at 4DMT.

    Peter is a shareholder and a senior advisor at Electronic Eyewear Solutions.

    Sean Ainsworth

    Sean is CEO and Chairman of the Board at Immusoft, a Seattle-based cell therapy company, and has 25 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Member of the Opus Genetics Board since April 2018 and currently serves as the Lead Independent Director of the Board. He is also a co-founder and Chairman of the Board at Ray Therapeutics, a clinical-stage ocular gene therapy company.

    Founded and led RetroSense Therapeutics, a gene therapy company, and involved in the launch and growth of Compendia Bioscience, Inc. and GeneVivo, LLC. RetroSense was acquired by Allergan in 2016, and Compendia BioScience by Life Technologies in 2012. Mr. Ainsworth founded Ainsworth BioConsulting in 2004 to provide licensing, as well as strategic and business planning services to the life science and entrepreneurial community.

    Sean is a founder of Electronic Eyewear Solutions, and currently serves as a senior advisor at the company.

    Steven A Shanbom, M.D.

    Steven is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 30 years experience. He is the president of Shanbom Eye Specialist and the medical director of the Cataract Specialty Surgical Center. He received his MD degree from Wayne State school of medicine and completed his ophthalmology training at Sinai Hospital in Detroit. 

    Steven is a shareholder and advisor at Electronic Eyecare Solutions.
